Demo checklist

What to observe while exploring the Guest Hub.

Open the demo in a new tab, then use this checklist to review the practical journey.

01

How treatments and packages are grouped for mobile discovery.

02

How available-today or time-sensitive offers can be surfaced clearly.

03

How preferred service and time can travel into WhatsApp.

04

How the property can distinguish treatment interest from confirmed bookings.

05

How feedback and rewards can support the post-treatment journey.

Guest journey architecture

Review utility, discovery, action and evidence together.

Treatment discovery

Guests can compare relevant treatments and package details.

Availability prompts

Current or available-today opportunities can be highlighted carefully.

Booking context

Treatment and preferred-time intent can enter WhatsApp.

Wellness signals

Views, offer interest and enquiry clicks become measurable.

WhatsApp context

Interest should arrive with useful context.

Example intent: “Hello Spa Nusa, I would like to enquire about the Balinese Massage at 4:00 PM. Source: Wellness Guest Hub.”

This is enquiry intent, not a confirmed booking, order or sale.
Dashboard signals

What the platform is designed to record.

  • Spa or partner QR entry
  • Treatment and package views
  • Available-today offer interest
  • WhatsApp preferred-time intent
  • Reward and feedback engagement
Optional AR and fallback

Visual engagement should never block useful guest access.

AR is not required for a spa journey. Optional visual content may support premium packages, while normal service cards, images and WhatsApp actions remain the primary utility.

Spa & Wellness Demo FAQ

Understand the product and evidence boundaries.

Is Spa Nusa a QR3X customer spa?

No. It is a clearly labelled demonstration property with illustrative treatment content.

Can the demo show real-time therapist availability?

The current demonstration shows guest discovery and preferred-time enquiry intent. Real-time scheduling integration is not part of the standard demo.

Can a hotel spa use the same platform as the hotel?

QR3X is designed for property and module-based journeys, so a hotel can connect room, spa and other service contexts within one managed platform.

Does a WhatsApp click confirm an appointment?

No. It records enquiry intent. The spa must confirm availability and the booking separately.

Can the spa demo work without camera access?

Yes. Treatment discovery, offers, rewards, feedback and WhatsApp actions do not require the camera.

Ready to explore the live demonstration?

Open the Guest Hub independently, or book a guided discussion to review how the same principles could be configured for your property.

The demonstration uses illustrative property, menu, offer and analytics content. Do not treat it as live availability, a customer result or a transaction environment.
